Benjamin D’Annibale

Benjamin D’Annibale is a pianist and harpsichordist based in Philadelphia. A graduate of the Hochschule für Musik Freiburg in Germany (M.M. Harpsichord) and Temple University (B.M. Piano Performance), he also received a year of training at the Hochschule für Kirchenmusik Rottenburg where he studied conducting and organ. Benjamin has given concerts and participated in performances in various corners of the USA, as well as areas of Germany and France. In addition to teaching and performing in the Philadelphia area, he is currently collaborative pianist for the university choirs at Drexel University, on faculty at the Baldwin School, and director of music at First Presbyterian Church in Flourtown, PA. He was a participant in the American Bach Soloists Academy in San Francisco and a fellow at the Bach Institute at Emmanuel Music in Boston. This summer, Benjamin assistant conducted and performed on harpsichord in the North American premiere of Nicola Porpora’s Polifemo with Opera Neo, in San Diego. Benjamin’s first performance with La Fiocco will be in March 2025.
